your body is starting to do the work of labor BUT sadly no matter what you do the baby won't come until it's ready.  Here are some other things I've heard may help, but there are no guarantees.  Eating really spicy foods can help.  Washing your floors on your hands & knees can help.  Pomegranate is also rumored to work.   I'm sure there are others that were suggested to me with both my girls that  I'm forgetting as baby brain has hit yet again, but doing some research online may help.  REMEMBER HE/SHE WILL COME WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT. The end is hard , but it's all worth it when you see that little person & get to hold them in your arms for the 1st time.
