Firstly,
"Are You drinking enough fluid"?
As darker urine can sometimes mean dehydration.

Secondly,
I am almost seven months and have only recently started experiencing sore breasts not everyone gets symptoms in pregnancy it varies from person to person each pregnancy is unique.

The sleeping a lot more is common as You are carrying a child now and need more sleep and he/she is eating everything You do, sharing Your nutrients etc.
The nausea can be Morning sickness (stupid name- as it can come at any time of the day) and is normal in pregnancy I have had it throughout my whole pregnancy. If You are worried about it getting worse or not being able to keep food down as it is important to keep food down in pregnancy you can always see Your doctor there are medications for it which are safe in pregnancy as well as home remedies such as ginger if You do not want to opt for medication.

As for being worried about losing the baby  I am sure this is common with many people I know myself had the same fear, people suggest it is safer to share Your pregnancy after three months however it is your choice but it is usually safer and less chance of Miscarriage after three months although like I said everyone is not the same.

Good Luck and Congratulation's and if at anytime in Your pregnancy You are worried You can always see Your doctor it is always better to be safe than sorry

You should definitely relax about that! Stress can cause tons of problems in pregnancy so relax and just enjoy the though of a baby growing inside you!  I am not sure what you mean by yellow urine, but if it looks irregular to you I would suggest that you might be a little dehydrated.  Drinks tons of water!  There are two of you now and you have increased blood flow to the placenta so you need to keep hydrated!

Sore breasts are not as common as you would think especially this early on, don't worry, you will get your fair share of breast pain later on and while breast feeding so enjoy this sore-free time!  Fatigue, or constant sleeping is very common in early pregnancy as your body is quote busy making a home for the little one and producing extra hormones, which can make you sleepy as well.

Vomiting is probably the most common complaint as morning sickness doesn't just happen in the morning.  A lot of pregnant women actually loose weight in the first trimester due to this (I did) so just keep trying to get as much nutrients as you can, a prenatal vitamin is a must and lots and lots of water as vomiting can dehydrate you more.

Relax, Rest, Eat!  Every pregnancy is different so don't sweat the small stuff and call your OB right away if you have an bleeding or cramping - but you sound like you and the baby are doing great!

Yes, everything is completely normal! The yellow urine is most likely a result of your nausea...you need to increase your fluid intake. Even though it's tough to keep food down, keep a drink of water or ginger ale or sprite with you ALL DAY and sip slowly at it whenever you can. You want to keep your urine as clear as possible and keeping up your fluids even if you can't eat a lot will help. Eat light, small meals several times a day of things like crackers and toast to help with the nausea.

Symptoms will come and go all the time and they have no bearing on whether your pregnancy is still OK or not, so don't worry about your breast tenderness going away.

The chance for miscarriage drops VERY dramatically after the first trimester. Usually women consider themselves "safe" after 12wks; there's always the chance for something to happen but it's quite rare and most pregnancies that make it to 12wks will go to term, or at least close.

Congrats momma and hang in there...keep yourself hydrated and enjoy every minute. There will come a time, I promise, that you will miss even the bad parts of pregnancy :-).
