I agree with Clysta. The average week women feel movement is week 20 but movements may not become consistent until after week 24 when baby starts running out of room.
The leaking is colostrum, and yes this is normal. You might want to use breast pads so it doesn't stain your clothing or get on you. As for when you feel baby, this varies from female to female and each pregnancy. If you're a first time mom it might take later. This is just due to the fact that often they don't know what they're feeling for and such. Generally anywhere from 12-24 weeks is a normal time to feel baby.
