pregnancy after d and c

Hello all im new to this just have a wee question unfortunately i had to have a d and c on the 11 august 2011 have had intercourse one week after and a few times from then was just wondering how soon you can get pregnant again after a d and c and has any one had the same experience  thank you

Thanks for all ur comments i have unprotected sex so if i am pregnant i hope all is well but then again i might not be so fingers crossed thanks again x

I was told you didn't have to wait after a miscarriage to get pregnant and the only reason they suggest to wait a cycle or two is so they can date it easier. With that being said I found out I was pregnant 6 weeks after my d&c and now my daughter is a healthy 3 1/2 year old.

I had a miscarriage back in December and the doctor said to wait until I had at least 2 periods beforetrying again to give my body time to recover and go back to normal.

Not had same experience but I am sure after miscarrage/dnc things like that u should wait 3 months b4 falling pregnant again hope this helps? X

i had dc in jan , and took me  almost 4 month to get pregnant again. if i were u , i  would wait couple of months let my  body heal , but it is up to u , sending u a lot of baby dust ,and i hope u get ur bfp really soon
