Missed periods

I haven't had a period in a long while and have been taking tests but they all come out negative. The last one i had was in Feb. but now I'm getting slight cramps but not bleeding. What could it be?

If you have missed more than 3 periods in a row, you need to see your doctor.

If your last period was feb.and you have taken tests,then you can rule out pregnancy.there are many reasons for no periods.it maybe wise to speak with your doctor.
