I hadn't gained anything till after 20 weeks and my doctor wasn't ever concerned. Baby always measured exactly what she was supposed to be and that's all that matters :)
I was 8 weeks pregnant and i lost 7 pounds in a week over stress. I gained it back slowly. I'm now 35 weeks and gained 22 pounds throughout my pregnancy, everyone says I'm super tiny but I think the reason why is because I can't eat a lot, I get full real fast. I can't even finish a meal like I use to before I got pregnant. People say its the way my baby is sitting. But Im always worried my hes not growing the way he is suppose to.
thank you all ladies=) this makes me feel so much better.
8 pounds so far and Im only 9+6. I'm way under weight and my body just gains weight when Im prego. I gotta put on a few extra pounds I guess cause I eat healthy. Lol
With my son I gained a grand total of 56 lbs and I am 30w4d with baby # 2 and havd already gained 38 lbs lol. I deny myself nothing when I'm pregnant so I am to blame but I don't let it worry me and my doc hasn't said anything to me about it yet.
I'm 31wks and gained 2lb (bmi is so misleading btw. Ugh)
I've gained about 9lbs and I'll be 25 weeks on Saturday, my dr does not seem concerned, she just said everything is right on track. It totally varies from woman to woman. I look huge but haven't really gained that much.
P.s. i'm 25w2d...i have only gained 9 lbs...i wasnt overweight at all to begin with...its totally fine...
10-15 is normal at your point in preg...so your fine...if there was a prob your drs would have said so yesterday!! :)
Not a problem. Some women just don't gain any and every pregnancy is different. As long as you are eating healthy there us no point gaining weight that us not needed. Your dr will voice a concern tho if they are worried. I've gained 13 as of 20 weeks and dr is fine with that. Will see tomorrow how much more I've gained as I'm 24 weeks today.
I wouldn't think that's bad cause I'm 23 weeks almost 24 and I've lost 9 lbs but gained one back and my doc seems completl happy with that but I was 232 pre-pregnancy so I guess that has something to do with it too
