Also lexapro isn't as safe as zoloft. I was on lexapro but had to switch because I was ttc. I would speak with your OB about alternatives to your current meds.
Xanax is a Class D medication and should NOT be taken during pregnancy. Ask your doctor about Vistaril which is a pregnancy-safe version of Xanax.
Does your doctor know you are on Xanax?
You need to talk to your doc/ob!
because any medication during pregnancy needs to be monitored. I know people who have taken anti Depressants and stuff during pregnancy and was told to be off them by 6-7 months, because thats when you can damage the baby the most because the baby can become additcted.
I suggest you see your doc ASAP!

Is it prescribed BY your OB? From what I understand, xanax is one of the meds that you want to avoid during pregnancy HOWEVER I do remember one woman on here saying her OB had prescribed it, so I guess it's not impossible.
You need to ask your doctor these questions. alprazolam (xanax) is physically addictive and, like GA said, your baby will need careful monitoring after birth if you are taking this medication regularly. The most important thing is to just go to your OB and ask exactly what you asked here...just say "look I'm scared...will my baby be okay? what are the risks involved?"
Good luck sweetie...just ask your dr! that's what they're there for :)
I have not, nor do I know anyone who has, however I do know that your baby will need to be monitored for signs of withdrawal after birth unless you wean off the medication during the last trimester.
