pregnancy body changes

So I had a triple sternum piercing with three dermals and now they're rejecting and the top one actually pushed out completely. Heard from another body piercer that the extra hormones makes them reject ? I've never heard of that before, have you ?

Im having issues with some of my piercings too :/  mind you a few years ago I had an issue with a vertical tragus continually growing out of my skin and had to re pierce it alot, ended up taking it out but have never heard that it may be due to hormones...

i have snake bites and i put them back in around 20 weeks and when i did the left side got infected and it was rejecting as well. so i just took them out. it was really weird because before i got pregnant i would take my snake bites in and out and they would never get infected but being pregnant they did. so I'm not really sure.

Not once have I heard that. I have 5 dermals and all are just fine and my piercer even stated there should be no issues.
