pregnancy dreams driving me crazy...help):

Okay so before I got pregnant I had very few dreams...the ones I did have were weird but now that I'm pregnant I feel like I can't get a good nights sleep because my dreams are absolutely insane...has anyone found a way to dull them down a little bit or am I the only one with this issue. Some of them are downright terrifying to the point where I wake up in cold sweats..and some of them are just so weird that they get disturbing and bother me for hours after I wake up and leave me sick to my stomach. Is there any way I can stop these enough to rest a little...I end up cometely exhausted every day and working at 5 am I can't take sleep aids because they make me so groggy...please help!

I have the same problem. They started around 6 weeks and I still have them now and I'm 27 + 6 weeks. And lemme tell you. They can truely be awful. They are one thing I won't miss about being pregnant

Before getting pregnant, I had crazy dreams every night now it's twice as intense. You can't stop yourself from dreaming it's something that triggers in your brain. They're just dreams try not to over think it.
