I was told they are calcium deposits and nothing to worry about.
i get them all the time and my Dr said before its lack of iron, there should be iron in your pre-natal vitamin but you may want to consider a liquid form of iron ( I get mine at the health food store) its easier for the body to absorb. I have never had an issue with this but iron can make you constipated. I would take dha to counter act that, also something that I take. I take the expectant mothers pill, 2 a day and have never had poop issues. Both are very important in pregancy!
I had that too! Its weird! But after I lost my baby they started to disappear. I have no idea what they are. And like you I was drinking alot of milk too.
