pregnancy ultrasound

How accurate is the dating ultrasound...today they said im 5 weeks 4 dayys...but i had a period that started sept 7th to 11

yea i feel better now everything adds up!!from what u  said my ultrasound said and the online calculator its all the same!! So i did conceive around 2 weeks after my LMP....so im relly just over 3 weeks but they date it as over 5 weeks  :)

thanks hessy i get what your saying now ..i even did the conception calculator online i put in my first day of LMP and it came out as conceived sept 21st..and that im 5 weeks 3 days pregnant..so i now understand what u mean by they add the 2 weeks!! thanks soo much xo

no she didnt give me a due date..im just concerned if i conceived 3 and a half weeks ago or 5 and a half weeks ago...i dont know if im really 3 and a half but there just added two weeks to that

as far as i know thats how they do it with ours they have but maybe someone else can give you some more info its kinda confusing cuse i us to always wonder when my due date was and after my u's she gave it to me did she giev you a due date

okay so if their saying im 5 weeks and a half...then im really more like 3 and a half to 4 weeks pregnant..im just confused cus i asked the ultrasound tech if there dating this by fetal age and he said yes??I didnt even tell them when my last period was..

no cause the first 2 weeks your really not pregnant

so your right you would of been bleeding as you were on your period and about 14 days from when your period start is when you concieved

when you get pregnant you are really not preggo the first 2 weeks and on u/s when they give you a date usually the first week they put you at is when you would have your period

if i conceived the 17th to 21st then i shud only be like 4 weeks pregnant...not 5 weeks n 4 days

i didnt tell them last day menstraul period...so 5 weeks 4 days is when i was still bleeding..it dont make sense im soo confused

so i'm guessing you made this baby sept17-21 if your period are 28 days apart and so forth

the first 2 weeks they count you really weren't pg they just go all the way back to the first day of your last period

no one really knows when they ovulate so its hard to pin point DNA test is going to be the only way

The dating scan is very accurate. But everybody always has those two extra weeks in there counting your.period for some odd reason. Which means your really only 3 weeks pregnant but they say 5 counting your period.

i need advice cus im trying to figure out who the possible father is..im really scared...i had sex with 1 guy few days before my period came he didnt *** in me tho..i think it was sept 4th..then i bled a few days later for about 4 days..annd the other guy i slept with a few times after period was done...but by the ultrasound saying im 5 weeks 4 days that means i got pregnant sept 9th..when i was still bleeding??
