I'm 18 weeks and i still find it comfortable to do i roll off it but is it ok????
ENJOY it while you can!!!! Because once you can't sleep on your stomach or back sleep becomes miserable. Side to side constantly all night! :(

Im 22 weeks and I sleep more on my stomach than side as well
I'm almost 22 weeks and i still sleep on my belly. Feels more comfortable than sleeping on my sides
You can sleep on your stomach as long aw its comfy and not hurting you is what I was told.
It's ok as long as it's not hurting you
