pregnancy

i am 5'8" and wiegh 169 and want to get pregnant but i do not want to gain more than 25lbs is there any diet or exercise plan that i can do?  My first pregancy my pre wieght was 219 and i ended at 270 my son only wieghed 7.5lbs and it was the worst experience i have had.  With my hopefully second pregnancy i want it to be different.  I run and do cardio at least 4 days a week.  I eat very healthy but i have hypothyroid disease, hashimotos thyroiditist.  i am just interested in any suggestions......i have been putting this pregnancy off for about 6 years now.  i am more than ready for my little girl...or boy.

Eating small healthy meals throughout the day is better than three big ones, exercising in moderation (not going beyond your pregnant ability) and just watching what you are eating, you can indulge your cravings once in a while, but try not to go overboard.

I don't have an answer to you question. But I'm 5'7 and weight about 165 so if you find a way to keep weight gain to 25lbs please let me know.
