hi, im 4 days delayed, i feel so stressed because there is no signs, like nausea,changes in my body.. or anything of a pregnant woman..how many weeks do i have to wait to know that im conceiving..tnx..have a nice day..

well, you may not see a sudden changes rite away, it takes time i guess on your 1st trimester. its not same on all women. however, dont b too stressed, it could affect the whole body system. you can wait couple more days then take hpt with am urine. :) hope it helps

If you are late for your period you can test now. Not all women have typical pregnancy symptoms or the symptoms show up a few days to a few weeks after finding out they're pregnant. Good luck!
