This happened to me and I wasn't pregnant. It took four months an two doses.of provera to get my cycle regulated again, but I was not pregnant. I did get pregnant two months after my cycle returned.

okay well if you were not pregnant when you started taking the provera and you havent had contact since june then i dont htink your pregnant... if there was any concern that you were pregnant you shouldnt be taking these pills till you are certain you are not pregnant... and if this is what the Dr put you on to kick start you period and its not working then you should go back a discuss if there are any other opitons

im not sure what you are asking specifically? im assuming you mean 10mg of provera, and the Dr wouldnt give it to you if you were pregnant?
its taken if your periods are irregular or have stopped completely and your doctor can find no obvious cause, it may be that something has upset your natural hormone levels. Medroxyprogesterone(provera) can help to restore your natural hormone levels, because it mimics the effects of your natural progesterone. causing your body to get your period...
