I have tried sleeping on my left side and it feels almost painful is there anything seriously wrong with sleeping on my right side I don't want to hurt my daughter and cut off her oxygen

I sleep on one side and then in the middle of the night my hip will start to hurt, so i switch. I do it every single night! Lol sometimes i end up on my back cuz i just get tired of it but i make sure to prop it a little to one side with a pillow just in case....im 37+2

If you don't feel short of breath or like your heart is racing you are probably fine. Those are both signs of decreased venous return and that would indicate that you are compressing your vena cava. Just keep an eye on it :)

Either sides fine,hell i still sleep on my back sometimes an im 31w lol.run it by your doc if your really worried though,i did an she said as long as theres no discomfort im fine

I read that the right side doesn't give as much oxygen or nutrients to her while you sleep I just wanted reassurance thanks :)
