pregnant 4 weeks after miscarriage??

I started having a miscarriage on June 19th...it was my first pregnancy & I don't know how far along I was. I started to miscarry 2 days before my first doctor's appointment, I think I was about 5 weeks or so. I miscarried naturally no D&C necessary so we started ttc after the bleeding stopped. I'm pretty sure I ovulated on July 5th & had sex on the 4th and the again i think two days after I ovulated. All of my symptoms had gone away but now 29 days after my micarriage I am tired all the time, have been urinating once every hour, my stomach feels weird, I've had little pinches in my ovary area, & I can see the veins in my boobs are my nip area I saw last time I was pregnant. Doc said it could take 4-6 weeks for my af to come & I tested last friday 7/15 which I know was too early I just couldn't help my self & of course it was BFN. Could I test again in the morning? Just hoping to get some feed back from other women who have gone or are currently going through the same thing. Me & hubby really want a baby...& I'm hoping God sees fit to give me one!

If the symptoms you had now were due to pregnancy, it means the hormone is high enough in your body to be detected by a pregnancy test--so it's definitely not too early. Make sure you retest with first morning urine using a high sensitivity test such as First Response.

Thanks for the reply. And yes i did get blood tests the week after the miscarriage and the hcg was negative & I took an hpt to make sure it would come back - and it did, so if I do get a positive I know i'm pregnant again. All of my symptoms went away for a few weeks then came back...

You very well could have ovulated again after your miscarriage....I would be more worried that there could still be tissue. Did they do blood tests to make sure your hcg went back down to normal? Also it may take a while for your symptoms to go away after a miscarriage :-( But having a BFN on the 15th is a good sign that the hcg is out of your system, so if you do test in the next couple of days and get a positive you will know it's a new pregnancy. If I were you I would go to the Dr. and have blood work to see what's going on. Good Luck! I hope this is a new pregnancy! SSBD!!!!
