I'm 5 Weeks pregnant an I'm having awful back pains that I'm having constantly unless I'm standing nothing makes it better should I be worked about all this back pain accompanied by cramps

I am 5 weeks pregnant aswell 2 weeks after miscarriage I have severe low back pain too :( and nothing makes it better nother atall :( , so scared to mc againa if you get anymore info please share it with me as I am driving myself mad x

You are quite early and back pain is normal but if it's accompanied by cramps and it's fairly uncomfortable then it could possibly be a sign of miscarriage. Just try to relax, put something warm on your lower back (not hot) and watch for bleeding.
