pregnant or not pregnant?

Could you still be pregnant when all pregnancy tests comes back negative? It's been 4 months now since I haven't got my period. 2 negative pregnancy test at home & 2 negative pregnancy test at the clinic. I am having all the symptoms of a pregnant woman. Trust me, it's my body & I know it well. Because I experienced pregnancy before. I can feel light fatal movements in my stomach. The doctor I recently went to see thinks I'm crazy, which I know I'm not. Like I said, I know my body. Should I schedule an ultrasound for me?
