pregnant with twins!!!
This is my 3rd pregnancy !!! this time im expectin twins!!! im 13 weeks n 6 days!!! great pregnancy so far only a few things!!!! i have been sick every single day of my pregnancy!!!! im always tired!!! n the headaches are unbearable!! n yet my dr say jus to rest as well as tylenol !!!! the only thing is that !!! THAT DOESNT WORK!!!! I have a 4 yr ol and a 1 yr old so rest is hardly ever possible!! not to.mention my job requires alot of my attention!! any suggestions on what i maybe able to do !! any at home remedies i can try!!! thanks!!!
Thanks alot!! i did notice that sleepin in a cool room helps but i will definitely try the humidifer n cold compress!!! thanks
Humidifiers sometimes work. Cold compress. Iron could also help. You might be low in something and a bad headache is your body's way of trying to tell you. Tell your ob again how bad it is and have him check your blood levels. Good luck wish I had an answer.
