The last time I got my period was in may 17 and i have swollen breasts and i also have cramps and my lower tummy is hard and im always feeling sick to my stomach,I have weird cravings for food i dont really eat. I have the content urge to pee alot and i took 3 test n all were neg. Im never late for my period. Im 23 years old and this is my first time and my friends n family just tell me to keep taken tests but i dont know what do i do? do i go to the doctor?

Well you definitely should have started your period by now so I would go to the doctor and get an hcg blood test to see if your pregnant. If you aren't they might be able to tell you why your period is so late.

Your best bet would be to make an appointment and request your doctor do blood work. (make sure it's an actual hcg count, not the yes/no test) it will give a more accurate answer than just a urine test.
