thnx alot 4 taking the time 2 ans....well it ws lower sharp abdominal pain.....a doctor friend of mine told me its da ligaments stretchn 2 accomodate the growing baby..am well now its gettn better as da pregnancy proceeds....thx alot may god bless u all

when I'm pregnant I get alot of cramping and it feels like my period is about to come, espically in the first trimester, as its usually just your uterus stretching to allow room for the growing baby, cramping with bleeding is another matter of course

Abdominal cramping where? Upper abdomen, lower abdomen. Is it a sharp stabbing pain, does it happen randomly, after you eat, is it focused on one side of your body, does it switch randomly? Abdominal cramps are too vague and it's hard to say much based on it.
