what should i eat or drink

In about a week and a half ill be getting my sex ultrasound, wondering what I can eat and drink for the baby to move around so the Dr can see the goods! I'm hoping to get the sex at this appointment, instead of waiting another four weeks.

Lil honestly my Dr said to drink mt dew. She said not all the time of course but an hour before

I drank oj while driving  to the center. It worked great!

I drank Hi-C fruit punch before and baby moved a lot :) they say sugary drinks make them move
