prenatal Vitamins

Hello I Am 13 weeks pregnant and I can't stand to take the prenatal vitamins, I end up throwing them up. Is there anything else I can take instead of the prenatal vitamins?

Ask your doctor about taking prenatal plus... they are vitamins without fish oil. ..... that helped me because I threw up the ones with fish oil. ... they are more gentle on your stomach. ... hope this helps :)

There are ton of them, you can try different ones. Like the flintsone gummies. Or I take womens one a day prenatals. The ones from the doctors office make me really sick because they are high in iron, and since my iron levels are fine she said I can take some from the store.
