prenatal depression
Been having lack of interest, motivation and will.. feeling like I don't have many to confide in and those i do have don't seem to understand. I don't want to be anyone's burden.

I definitely have my days where I don't want to get out of bed, that I don't feel pretty, and mostly just want to hug my panda pillow and cry. I feel like it's somewhat normal, but it's also something you should talk to your OB or midwife about.
I do but I was also diagnosed with depression. It gets rough but I just remember that what I do now makes a difference on my baby too. Sometimes I will just it in my room and talk to my son as though he were here.
