Its A Vitamin Like A Lot Of Others Just Aimed Toward A Growing Baby, If Its Not Harmful During Pregnancy, Its Not Harmful While Nursing. It Would Actually Help. To Be Sure, Always Check With Your Doctor

I have the one prescribed by the doctor so it doesn't say it on the bottle.  I don't buy the ones from the store .
