is it a must to take them?? Any bad things happen or supposedly happen if not taken
It's important during the first ten weeks. It prevents the baby having brain or spinal disorders like spina bifida. It's really just the folic acid in it that's so important.

I took mine for a few months with my first then quit and she is fine. I took them for a few months with this one and now it's on and off when I think about it. I think as long as u eat healthy then u should be ok.
