prenatal vitamins! Help!

Anyone get super nauseous after or during taking the prenatals? I have chewable gummies and every time I take them they make me sick. Help!

The chewies make me sick as well. I take a prescription and just take it at night with a small snack.

My doctor suggested I take children's vitamins as well :)

I take mine at night right before bed I find it helps you can try that

I'll try. It's just hard to keep the prenatals down.

I take the gummie vitamins as well but my doctor told me to also buy folic acid pills because they don't have enough that the baby requires. So just take 2 gummies and a folic acid pill and you'll be good :) no more sickness from the prenatals

I had the same problem. Take Flintstone chewable vitamins they work wonders
