Don't get me wrong I take mine everyday but people havent always had them. So I don't understand why everyone gets thier panties in. A bunch over them. There was once a world without prenatal vitamins and children were fine lol

I usually only forget if my stomach is upset and I have to wait for it to settle a bit after dinner. I feel a little less tired if I take them regularly.

The health department told me its too much for our body to absorb so we pee most of it out anyway. Aslong as we eat healthy baby will be fine.

I surprisingly remember mine.. (I used to set an alarm so I'd remember my birth control) but I see so many people freaking out over forgetting them or w e. I don't get it lol

I take mine when I remember. Embarassing, but true. My doctor said the baby steals what he needs from mommy, so as long as you have a good variety in your diet, it isn't that big of a deal. He saif prenatals are more to replenish what the baby takes from your diet.
