Mine have no iron, most gummis don't have iron because they "may appeal to children" as long ad you have no anemia though you should be fine
I took the gummies but after awhile my baby couldn't stand the taste so I puked them up. So now I take enfamil prenatals
I use elevit, 1 a day tablets
I take womens one a day prenatals, they are easy on my stomach. They didn't effect my morning sickness at all (some prenatals will make it worse). My advice is to just try out different ones because some brands make women more sick and constipated! If one doesn't work get another! Just remember they need to have dha, folic acid and iron. (If they make you sick or constipated get ones with lower iron a lot of women find that helps).
Gummies. My ob gave me a bunch of samples but they are all horse sized pills, and I cant ever get those down, so I just take the gummy ones :)
My Dr doesn't even prescribe prenatals... They recommend the OTC ones which is why I chose gummis, they are yummy and easy on the belly
Thank you!! Gummies sound good :)
I take similaic pre-natals. I got a whole bunch of samples at my first day Dr visit and found that those ones were the only ones that didn't make me sick. I now order them off amazon. My doc didn't prescribe me any, some do and some don't!
Gummies till they give you a prescription if you can afford it. The prescription one I'm taking is a giant horse pill...I rather have my gummies back :(
