prenatal vitamins

So i suck taking medicine in general i always forget but since i'm 24 weeks pregnant i always forget to take my prenatal vitamins and always feel so guilty afterwards is there anything else you can take besides pills...

None of our mothers took prenatals because they weren't really around.
I know when my mother is pregnant the Dr has to prescribe iron for her. If she took prenatals that wouldn't be necessary because there is iron in them. I have been anemic in the past but have had no issues during pregnancy because I take my vitamins.
They aren't just for us. If there is something lacking from your diet (especially during the morning sickness stage) then baby is missing out on vital nutrition.

There a gummy prenatal vitamins which taste a whole lot better and they're easier to take. I suggest trying those out. I know the smell and taste of prenatal pills makes me sick but these gummies come in fruit flavors.

The pills are just vitamins for in case you arent getting enough of them in your food . As long as you watch your diet very well make sure to eat plenty of protein and fiber and iron and folic acid and such then you should be fine . My mom never took prenatals and just watched her diet very well and never had any problems . Also drink lots of water and fruit juice . And they also have prenatals in gummy form i do those instead of the pills i remember to eat those more often but i still dont always remember .

I'm not sure if there's anything else, but there's a reminder on this app it pops up on my phone every day at 12 and it wont go away until you close it. It has saved me I always forget !! But its a reminder that really does help
