My prenatal pills make me suuuuper nauseous all day long but if I don't take them I feel just dine, I was wondering if I could take children's gummies instead or???
This is my first pregnancy so I'm sure everyone knows the precautions of being a new mom.

That happened to me and I would take my right when I was about to go to bed at night.  It worked really well for me. Then as a few months passed I began taking them in the morning again and no sickness came.

It could be the high dose of iron in the prenatals. I had to stop taking the regular prenatals and start taking Gummies that do not have iron.

I thought I was the only one but yes I take them right before bed while I sleep because in my first weeks of pregnancy I hated taking them

Are you eating before you take them and if so then you might have to switch to children gummies,.

You can try gummy prenatals that's the only thing that worked for me in the beginning cause I couldn't hold anything down.

with my first child I had the same issue. I stopped taking them all together and my daughter is perfect :)
I figured it was supposed to be an amazing experience, why am I going to make myself sick the entire time?
My Dr. didn't like it. But as long as you up your intake for each food group and maybe take a womens vitamin and folic acid - you should be fine. I took nothing at all.
