Is anyone taking something besides prenatals? They have made me so sick and moody , I just don't feel myself. I stopped taking them and I feel great. Any other vitamins I can take ?

What brand are you taking? I tried elevit first because they are supposedly the best, was taking for about a week and they made my symptoms ten times worse it felt like! So I stopped them and bought a cheaper brand, Cenovis pregnancy and breastfeeding, it's $15 for a bottle of 50, and it's only one a day. I've been taking them for about three weeks now and if anything they have made my symptoms 2000 times better. I still get a bit of nausea but I can still get up and go about my day, unlike spending my days in bed and with my head in the toilet bowl when taking elevit. Everyone is different though :) also, I work with the daughter of a midwife and she told me to try taking a vitamin B supplement aswell as my prenatal vitamin, twice a day. It really helps with energy and nausea :) wishing you all the best!
