prenatal vitamins.

Which ones are good??

In a way similar to when you drink an energy drink and it's too much which causes you to become shakey. Idk.

I just assumed they were too strong in a sense that they had a lot vitamins that my body wasn't used to having.

I take oblong that's what I was prescribe it works for me and I actually feel great!

(Take it later in he day when nausea is lower..)

I use the womens one a day prenatal, at first they made me shaky since I wasnt used to them, but they're all good now.

I use the ones from Costco theyre the generic of the materna and have everything you need in them

Could try the Materna vitamin. Or a gummy vitamin. A pharmacist will help you out.

My doctor is actually letting me choose. I just dont know much about them.

My doctor prescribed me mine the day I found out I was pregnant ... There are ones you can buy at rite aid or wal Mart I actually just heard of those have no clue maybe check online reviews?
