Hi im 9 weeks prenaunt and every time i take my prenatl vitamin i get sick is there any thing i can do

I had to stop taking my prenatal vitamins because I had horrible nausea afterwards. I thought to myself it's more important to keep the actual healthy food I'm eating than take vitamins that make me throw up and lose nutrients. I took the gummy vitamins for a while and at some point just the thought of them would make me throw up :-) I say make sure you eat healthy, google food groups rich in folic acid etc. You know best what your body needs and if it tells you no, not right now, then you have to wait it out and take care of babies and yourself other ways :-) Good luck and happy/healthy pregnancy!!!!

I took mine right before bed. I also found chewable gummy prenatal from walgreens that are easy on me. Make sure you don't take them with an empty stomach good luck!

talk to ur doctor, i have a same peroblem and my dr told me stop to taking them , but my dr said only for the first trimester after that u have to taking them
