Oh I didn't know that lol thanks. Cause this is my first pregnancy, so I was just wondering, in barely 6w1d
I had food aversions long before cravings, and that started before I knew I was pregnant. I started craving potatoes at about 12 weeks, and my midwife adjusted my diet to include more variety of veggies, and I don't crave them any more. Usually cravings are because your body is short on something, and it gets lost in translation (for instance, sugar cravings can mean that you need more protein, craving crunchy things can mean you need more iron). Some women don't have cravings at all.
