Is red rhaspberry leaf tea capsules safe?

Did your OB or midwife say I was okay? Is there any bad side effects

I'd ask your doctor, there hasn't been a lot of research done on these that make regular obs think it's a good idea...see what your dr says.

I didnt know they had raspberry tea pills. I would have taken them cuz I always forget to drink the tea. Idk if its safe I know primrose oil is.

I asked my ob about this kind of stuff today and she said she didn't believe in it. I wanted to take primarose oil pills and she said she has seen people take them and the cervix skin got so soft and flexible that the prairie  tore horribly. She said if those pills helped induce labor we would never have to schedule inductions ourselves. I am personally very close with my ob and do everything she tells me, so I decided to not take the pills.
