preterm labour ??

Im 35 weeks today and im completly done with this, Ive been in and out of the hospital for the past 2 months at least once a week with contractions, im not sleeping can I cant eat im going insane hes just need to come out, is there anything i can do to speed it up? I know hes not Full term yet but I have gotten steorid shot twice

You can start epo now I started at 35 weeks inserting 1 a day then I bumped it up to 3 a day at 37 weeks then I took castor oil at 37+6 had my son at exactly 38 weeks. I wouldn't try actually inducing before 37 weeks that's just irresponsible and dangerous. But you can help your body get ready now.

Wow, they never told me anything about getting the shot again,they just said they wount stop the labout since i got it there just letting me go into it

Yes, that's right, they give you a shot and then 12hrs later they give you another shot and it only lasts for up to 10days to help baby's lungs mature. If you go into labour naturally now it sounds as tho they wont stop it but they may try to slow it down so that they can give you another round of steroids. That's what they did with my first, I had the shots at 28wks and then went into preterm labour again at 34wks and they decided they wouldnt stop labour and gave me another round of shots but labour stopped by itself so I had a csection a week later. However, every baby is different and of course your dr will assess your situation based on how your baby is going and your history.

Really??10 days? They wount give me another one since Ice had  2 withing 24 hrs at 27 weeks to so they said there just going to let my labour go and not stop it because of the shots

I hear ya mummy! I'm in a similar situation. Battling preterm labour since 27wks, now 33wks, just trying to hold on til a csection at 36wks. Unfortunately those steroid shots are only good for 10days and you have to have them at least 24hrs before delivery to be effective so I'll be going in for my 6th hospital admission before I deliver. Sure makes for an uncomfortable pregnancy. But at least we are on the count down now and we have put in a mammoth effort to get our babies this far! Hang in there!
