probiotics
I am 35 weeks pregnant and I just fought a urethritis and cervicitis with antibiotics about 2 weeks ago. I can feel like I still have symptoms of an infection because of the smell and color fluids (yellow or light brown)coming out of my vagina. I was wondering if it would be safe for me to use Femina Flora vaginal inserts in form of capsules. It's a dose of probiotics that I thought might help me restore the flora in my vagina and help with any possible candida growth... is this safe for me to do this? I used it for 2 nights and the 2nd night did'nt feel that great and than I stopped and now I am wondering about it?

I agree w/ Clysta. Having ongoing infections while pregnant, isn't good. They can not only cause problems for you but also for the baby. I would def ask your doctor and let him/her know that you are still having symptoms of having this infection. You are also super close to delivering (I'm 35 weeks too :), and having any type of infection, especially vaginal, assuming you are having a vaginal birth, can possibly be passed to the baby.
