yes, you need to have a urine test asap, bladder infections are really painful and dangerous if you are at the point of bleeding. Go soon to see doctor, take care!
Probably a really really bad UTI or bladder infection. You need to be seen by a dr ASAP or go to an ER you should never let it get to the point of peeing blood that is dangerous. You will probably have to be hospitalized for IV antibiotics.
