Feeling nothing

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and just found out I am having a girl and very happy! However I don't feel pregnant. My symptoms weren't typical like vomiting or anything. I just felt crappy. I still haven't felt any movement from my baby. I don't know what I was looking at when we found out the gender. Baby just looked squished and couldn't see anything. Saw her moving and heard the heartbeat. I won't get another sonogram till another 4 weeks. It felt like my doctor was rushing and she basically was cause she had an emergency after me. This is my first pregnancy and I had different expectations of how it would be but I just don't really feel pregnant. Anyone else feel this way?
