How long can I keep breast milk oncr I pump it?

Formula is an hour at room temp..and if they drink out of the bottle and don't finish your suppost to throw it out. In the fridge use it before 24 hours.

Thanks ladies my baby doesn't want to get my breast im barely producing milk and pumping and im also giving formula

Formula I believe is good for an hour or two after u make a bottle, but I breastfeed so I could be wrong....but that's what I heard.

I think 24 hours at room temperature is way too long. My breastfeeding class said 6 hours max.

On my breast milk storage bags it says.
Freezer up to 6 months
Refrigerator up to 3 days
Room temp 4-6 hours

If you deep freeze it you can keep it up to 12Months, on a regular freezer from 3-6months, in the refrigerator from 72 hours up to 8days and at room teemperature just 24hours.
