Also, I can't even tattoo while I'm pregnant. Tattooing involves a lot of blood that you can't see. Its just best for you to wait because it's too dangerous

I'm a tattoo artist and our shop has paperwork before every tattoo is done (like most shops) and if you are pregnant we will not tattoo you.

Technically yes you can (though I would not).good luck in finding an artist to touch you, too much of a liability The ink does NOT go into your blood stream, it goes into the first few layers of skin. Risk of infection is pretty small.  The reason they tell you not to is because it stresses your body (which causes baby stress)causing the baby stress is not good.  So just wait it out

No....you risk getting an infection which is not good for you or baby I was a tattoo artist for four years BTW so artist will do them when you are in your first trimester but even then I wouldn't because that is a very critical time for baby's development and you would be opening your skin to lord knows what just because everything looks clean doesn't mean it is you wouldn't want to risk giving your baby a disease same goes for piercings

Not when pregnant or breastfeeding. Same with piercings. Your body won't be able to heal properly and it can create major issues for both you and baby. (I feel your pain I am waiting to get one)

No anytime you get a tattoo or piercing you risk getting a staph infection and can get seriously ill.

Nope. The ink can go through your blood stream to the baby. Definitely not safe!
