question about 2nd trimester

So i'm 12w4d and was wondering if I'm in my second trimester yet. Also I'm more likely not to have a miscarriage now right? Or can I still have one?

You are in your second trimester at 14 weeks. The risk of miscarriage does decrease substantially after 12 weeks and even as soon as you hear your babies heart beat through a fetal doppler. It does not mean you are gauranteed not to have a miscarriage, just that it is less likely for your body to reject the fetus.
