Lopsided Belly?

You know how one side of everyone's body is bigger depending on if you are right handed or a leftie?  Well I'm Right handed and I'm around 13wks pregnant and I'm noticing that the left side of my abdomen (belly & breast) is more swollen then my right.  Also only my left nipple gets this random burning sensation, can anyone help me with this?  It's nothing too drastic like im not walking lopsided or anything just strange and annoying.  I go see my OBGYN for the 1st time since finding out about my pregnancy next Thursday and this waiting is killing me, any advice or help on this issue would be great.  Thanks!

The nipple thing is probably your body just preparing for breast feeding. Both of mine have been doing it for months but it's been way worse in the last week or so. I only have 1 1/2 weeks left though.

The lopsided belly thing is just baby being more on one side or the other. My husband freaked out when he was half asleep and had his hand on my belly the other night and baby went crazy. He thought it was tryin to escape. My belly looked like a water bed schloshing around until she settled back down lol.

My lil one move from one side to the other all the time. Always uneven. Hubby keep laughing at my lopsided belly, lol.

Wait til later on.  You can watch your belly shift from one side to the other.  It's kinda freaky.

Omg I was wondering this! I keep forgetting to ask my midwife. Lol. The left side of my belly sticks out a tad more, every time I look down it annoys me. Lol.

The abdomen thing is probably because your baby implanted on the left side of your uterus and that's where the placenta is. I'm right-handed and my baby's placenta is on the right, so my right side is has always been bigger unless the baby is active and moving around everywhere.

The nipple thing I have no idea about. You should ask your doctor.
