question for the already mommies

Hey ladies..so I'm due soon but was just wondering,since my doc didn't really explain it too well,how did you feel in the days leading to labor and when you actually were in labor? The explanation wasn't good from her..like what would you compare the intense contractions to so I get a better understanding on when it's time.thanks so much! :)

I didn't feel any different in the days before. The day of, I had Braxton hicks all day which then got painful around 2 am. I delivered my son 14 hours later.

Every woman is different, like the morning i had my daughter i felt the urge to poop. I had a sharp discomfort in my back. Contractions feel like someone sqweezing the inside of your stomach. But dont freak out just breath.
