I went and got some flinstone chewable tablets to take in place of my prenatal gummies since it has no iron and is wondering is that ok?

My ob also put me on Flintstones with iron for my first because I was so sick and my son was perfect and almost 9 pounds.

Well iron is essential during pregnancy so I personally think that's a great change but that is also because my dr has already approved flintstones because my prenatals made me throw up. Take 2 a day and you're fine!

No, there's a lot more in pnv that you need. Take slow fe, it's an otc iron supplement.

Your post is slightly confusing did you get the flinstones BECAUSE they have no iron or you're wondering if its okay because it doesn't have iron...
But my OB told me, since prenatals come right back up for me, to take two flinstones in place of the prenatals and that is perfectly acceptable. But since its flu season I got the immune system support flinstones cause it has extra vitamin c

You need the extra iron. My dr said it was very important.
