I'm almost 37 weeks, and I'm on nifedipine for a few more days. Yesterday and today I have spotted this light pinkish and light brownish discharge. Could I be in labor? Is it just my cervix dialating? Last Wednesday I wasn't dilated but she was surprised at how soft my cervix was.

Could be your bloody show or mucus plug.. which means baby's coming soon! Notify your doctor and let them know to be sure though
