question

Okay both me and fiance don't have a background or any bad history so if he wants to ever try taking full custody of our little boy can he do that? I don't have a back round or anything bad neither does he.

,if your relationship is going really good right now.  you guys definitely don't need to be talking about that. that's going to bring bad feelings and probably a fight

Yeah I mean we are engaged so it is dumb to be talking about splitting if everything is going good now! Idk how that came about but it just got me really worried up when he basically said he would only have baby

He would have to prove without any reasonable doubt that you are unfit or a danger to the child, but why are you sillys even talking about that! Haha just love eachother and hope if it ever does end that youll be able to compromise :D

honey he would have to prove you as a Unfit mother, a drug addict or something horrible to get full custody of the baby.  you don't have a background or anything wrong I wouldn't worry

No the worse he can due is shared custody. They rarely take kids away from the mom and grant the dad full custody unless proven that you're unfit

Usually he can't try to take full custody unless there is some issue with the mother, but if you are engaged why the worry?

That all depends on living conditions and honestly custody is usually awarded to the mother. They will probably offer some sort of mediation and weekly visits for the father if there is no just cause to remove the child from your care
