I work at a restaurant that serves mahi tacos too and i didnt eat them all the time but like 1 a week. Im 37+1 day pregnant and i havent had anyrhing wrong with my little man. I ate tuna all the time with my first son and i will occasionally eat a tuna sandwihch with this pregnancy.i wpd say you are okay.
